Every item is hand selected by our culinary team to guarantee only the highest quality meats, freshest handpicked prawns and market fresh vegetables enter our kitchen. Nothing is pre-ordered or stored long-term, as our chefs select ingredients on a daily basis to maintain authentic taste, superior quality, and uncompromised freshness.

Our chefs source ingredients across Singapore with daily market trips, ensuring every dish is prepared with fresh, flavoursome ingredients and cooked exactly as it should be.
